Hefei Shanchuan Haize Wanxiang Technology Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Shanchuan Robotics Co., Ltd.) is a company engaged in the R&D of mechanical equipment, motors, and their control systems. To meet the company's requirements for product quality and acoustic testing, and to further improve its product inspection capabilities and laboratory environment, Hefei Shanchuan Haize Wanxiang Technology Co., Ltd. launched a tender for an air conditioner anechoic chamber project. Guangzhou DP Anechoic T&E Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for this project.

III.Main indicators and project contents

When the external ambient noise: Len(A) ≤ 75dB(A), there is no abnormal interference in the surroundings (such as ground pounding, driving, impact), and the unit is turned off, the indoor background noise of the air conditioning noise room: Lgn(A) ≤ 17dB(A when the unit is running at low-speed air supply, the background noise: Lgn(A) ≤ 20dB(A).

Cut-off frequency: Fc≤100Hz.

Meet the indoor background noise value Lgn(A), sound insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, dimensions, and other relevant details agreed upon by both parties

IV.Working Condition Simulation System

An independent temperature/humidity conditioning system is specified for rated cooling/heating, high- and low-temperature operation, freezing, condensation and automatic defrosting. Performance requirements apply under specified no-load and maximum 5HP-load conditions (without electric heating).

Note: These conditions apply to both no-load and maximum 5HP load operation (without electric heating). Target-condition attainment times are evaluated from an initial temperature of 20°C. Specific setpoints and uncontrolled-humidity cases follow the technical specification.

V.Siemens 12-Channel Noise and Vibration Testing System

The project specifies Siemens Simcenter SCADAS XS 12-channel noise and vibration acquisition hardware and Simcenter Testlab (LMS Test.Lab) analysis software, together with six PCB free-field microphones, twelve 15 m microphone cables, one triaxial accelerometer and one dedicated cable. The integrated system supports acoustic and vibration data acquisition for air-conditioner NVH evaluation; available analysis functions depend on the final software license.
