Project Overview: Professional Acoustics Empower Audio R&D Upgrade

Core Requirements: Customized Acoustic Space and Strict Performance Standards

Combined with the actual needs of audio product R&D testing, the project has clarified comprehensive customized requirements, ensuring both the compliance of acoustic performance and the adaptability and usability of the space:
  • Technology Application: Require the integration of Guangzhou Danpin's exclusive patented technology of "Turbocharged Microcirculation Variable-Frequency Silencing Ventilation", which can not only ensure the stability of the indoor acoustic environment but also achieve silent ventilation, balancing performance and comfort.

  • Space Specifications: Customized according to the actual on-site dimensions. The original site is 6620mm×6200mm×4600mm. Considering the construction reserve, the final effective internal net dimension is determined to be 5020mm×4600mm×3000mm (reasonable construction reserve on each side).

  • Supporting Facilities: Install 4 professional echo-free and noise-free lighting fixtures, matched with 3 dual-purpose sockets (for 2-pin and 3-pin plugs), to meet the lighting needs and equipment power supply needs for daily testing.

  • Acceptance Standards: ① In the absence of abnormal external interference, the background noise level shall be ≤30dB(A) to create a sufficiently quiet testing environment; ② In the 1/3 octave band of 200Hz~4000Hz, the reverberation time can be accurately adjusted to 0.3~0.6s, fully covering the requirements of the core testing frequency band of audio products.

  1. Precise Acoustic Design: Based on Sabine's reverberation time theory, combined with the room volume and target reverberation range, carefully select suitable sound-absorbing materials. By optimizing the ratio of indoor surface area to sound absorption coefficient, the precise adjustment of reverberation time is achieved to meet the acoustic scene requirements for testing different products.

  2. Patented Ventilation Integration: Deeply integrate the patented technology of "Turbocharged Microcirculation Variable-Frequency Silencing Ventilation" into the design. By optimizing the air duct structure and adding silencing components, while ensuring smooth air circulation, the ventilation noise is effectively controlled to ensure that the background noise meets the standard.

  3. Modular Prefabricated Construction: All core components are produced and pre-commissioned in the factory, strictly controlling the precision and acoustic performance of each process, and then packaged and transported to the site for assembly as a whole. This method greatly shortens the on-site construction cycle and minimizes the impact on the normal production of the Party A.

  4. Professional Testing and Acceptance: Adopt high-precision acoustic measurement methods such as the impulse response integration method, combined with industry-recognized professional acoustic analysis instruments such as B&K and 01dB. Uniformly arrange 4-9 measuring points indoors (meeting the requirements of sound field uniformity), and take the average value through more than 6 repeated measurements to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the test data. Finally, all indicators of the project have successfully passed the acceptance.
